Our food draws from the vibrant Latin neighbourhoods of New York—Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, Corona—where food stalls lined the streets: Tacos, Tortas and Elotes. From local chefs and vendors. From first tastes to honed specialties over generations.
Discovered on coastal journeys in Cancún and across Mexico City. These are flavours tied to memory. And CUDO, a wistful way to honour them.
